What monthly management includes
Management is the ongoing work that keeps a profile current after it has been optimized. It is mostly small tasks done consistently, which is exactly what busy owners do not have time for.
- Four posts a month about your services, offers and recent work, each with an image
- Your job photos uploaded with descriptive names and captions when you send them
- Every 4 and 5 star review answered, using reply wording you approve once
- Reviews of 3 stars or less sent to you the same day with a suggested reply; nothing is published without your approval
- Weekly checks for suggested edits and unwanted changes to your name, hours, categories or links
- A monthly map-ranking scan on the same keywords and grid, with a one-page progress card
Why an active profile matters
Customers compare profiles side by side in the map pack. Recent posts, recent photos and replies to reviews tell them the business is open, busy and responsive. A profile that has not changed in a year looks the opposite, even when the work is good.
Google also shows profile content in more places than it used to, including AI-generated answers in search. Accurate services, current hours and a steady stream of reviews give it more to work with.

Profile protection
Anyone can suggest an edit to your profile, and Google sometimes accepts them without telling you. Phone numbers, hours, websites and categories can change overnight. We check your profile every week, flag anything that changed, and put it back when the change is wrong.
The monthly progress card
Each month you get one page, not a 40-page report. It shows your map-ranking grid then and now, how many grid points have you in the top three, your average rank, new reviews, and the calls, website clicks and direction requests your profile received. Calls and clicks are shown as interactions, not as leads, because we cannot see what happens after the customer reaches you.
What we need from you
Add us as a manager on your profile and fill in one short form about your services, service area and how you like to answer reviews. Send photos of your work when you have them. Everything else runs without waiting on you.
