Asking for reviews, the right way
Most happy customers will leave a review if they are asked at the right time and the link takes them straight to the form. We set that up for you.
- A review request by text and email to your past and new customers, staggered over a few weeks
- A print-ready QR card and counter sign that open your review form
- A short link you can add to invoices, receipts and email signatures
Rules we follow
Google's review policies and US consumer protection rules are strict about how reviews are gathered. Breaking them can lead to reviews being removed, a warning shown on your profile, or penalties. We work inside them.
- Every customer is asked. We never screen out unhappy customers before asking, a practice known as review gating.
- No discounts, gifts or entries into a draw in exchange for reviews.
- No reviews written by you, your staff or anyone who is not a real customer.
- Requests are spread out over time rather than sent all at once.

- 4 to 10
- 11 to 20

Answering every review
Replies show customers that someone is paying attention. For 4 and 5 star reviews, we reply using wording and rules you approve once, mentioning the service where it fits naturally.
Reviews of 3 stars or less come to you the same day with a suggested reply. A calm, specific answer to a bad review often does more for future customers than the review does harm. Nothing is posted without your approval.
Fake and policy-breaking reviews
If a review is spam, from someone who was never a customer, or breaks Google's content policies, we report it through Google's own process and keep a record. Google decides what is removed, so we cannot promise a removal, but we make sure valid reports are filed properly.
Seen in your monthly progress card
New reviews, average rating and reply rate are part of the monthly progress card, next to your map-ranking grid, so you can see how reviews and visibility move together.
